I bought my hot tub from Altman's in the fall of 2010 and have been loving it! The overall service was great, and the spa is incredible. I was even able to sit in the same spa at the owner's home prior to making a decision. Delivery was as planned, cost was very reasonable when compared to others, and follow up has been great also. Anytime I have a question or need supplies, the staff is knowledgeable and available. I also had some pretty bad chronic neck and back pain, and it has physically helped me more than anything else I have tried (chiropractic, massage, etc.). And after the recent snow and coinciding shoveling that just occurred, I am SUPER thankful I have the spa!!!
