Fidelity National Title is one of the better escrow companies I have worked with, especially the Downtown branch. They are quick to response to your requests and will take requests on 1 day turnaround preliminary title reports. They even work on some weekends and nights, as I get faxes and emails from them at all hours of the day. The escrow officers are also willing to travel to your office to sign and notarize paper work.
