Good: 1972 I took first "DoItYourself" HomeOwner problem to AAHC. I always left with expert 'How To' advice and the right fixIt part. The garden dept.(like all others) knowledge is like a computer, but much friendlier. I am always treated with respect and kindness. Good product quality,store is well organized,very clean,and you can depend on good customer service satisfaction.. Bad: If you still own the building, why haven't you replaced the LeakyRoof? Your customers and employees deserve better. The popular size screws aren't restocked more often. The store is starting to resemble one that is shutting down, please fix the roof.. Improvements: Please fix the leaking roof. When it rains, there are more buckets catching water than for sale on the shelves.
I would like to see a 'Suggestion' or ' can you order this item' Box.. Other: Please stay in business, I depend on your store. It's close, convient and has had everything I need at a reasonable cost. I love your Reward program, Senior Tuesdays, and We will pay the Tax days..
