The owner/manager is VERY rude! I returned an item that was broken (still in wrapper). He made a comment that the product was very cheaply made and he wasn't going to carry them anymore. He then made a comment that I must have broke it myself. He contradicted himself while accusing me of lying. He was a jerk and very disrespectful. My father has had a bad experience with Goodwood Hardware as well.
