Bar Louie, at the Internaional Plaza, is a great place to hang out. They have a ****-load of beer on tap...It has to be one of the most in the Tampa Bay area. And on any given day or night, there are usually 2 or 3 selections on the special--$2 a glass! Beyond that, the bar seems to reliably draw a good crowd of down to earth people.
