Moghul is one of the most famous Indian restaraunt in Edison. They have one of the best fusion cuisine menus in the area. Always book ahead of time. I have been turned down for the buffet a couple of times on the weekend. The prices are higher than its counterparts. But the food definately makes it worthwile. The buffet is one of the most exhaustive i have ever seen.
