I lived in Presidential Arms for a couple of years and was fairly pleased with the management. The maintenance staff responded fairly quickly to requests and the grounds and buildings were kept in pretty good shape. It is very quiet there and close to many things, which was nice. I’d refer it to someone looking for a one or two bedroom apartment. They usually have a promotion going on as well.
