It was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had. I first have to give credit to Maria Gonzalez. She got the ball rolling for me and sent me back the initial e-mail. That may sound simple, but to be honest - this is not the first dealership that I had sent an e-mail to about a BMW. I can honestly say that Maria was on the ball. She got right back with me and did absolutely everything she said she would. Christian was the nicest person to work with and I have just gone on and on about how professional and personable he is. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire experience. The only thing that could make it better would be if the drive was not four to five hours away. Of course, that could not be helped and I would gladly drive that far again to get the exceptional service that I got the other day. I was very pleased with the finance guy, Bill. He was a joy to work with, as well. He is a GEORGIA FAN - which made all the better. All in all, nothing could have been better - except maybe them giving me my BMW for free.Seriously, I absolutely love my X3 and Christian made the entire experience a joy. Thanks so much for everything. I am telling everyone I know to give Global Imports a try if they are interested in a BMW (new or CPO). THANKS AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING!!!!
