This spa has such a great reputation that I can't understand why.
The staff especially the receptionists are surly and have the worst attitude (why work there and pass along the negative vibe to others?).
For the amount one is paying for services, better treatment and quality environment should be paramount.
The massage I received was sub-par and the facial was even worse - I could've done a better job myself at home and without the pushy sales pitch.
Don't even get me started on the relaxation area - it was messy and there were ants and flies around - yuck.
I'd recommend going elsewhere
