I just want to tell everyone what a great service Ameri Pro provided. They were on time, polite, and got the job done fast. I was in such a jam when my fridge went out, but I called Ameri Pro and they were out here in just over an hour. They were so fast they even saved all the food in my refrigerator. Just want to say thanks again to the great crew at Ameri Pro.

I ordered 3 custom furniture pieces (their furniture and I picked the fabric). My sales associate Sonja went so above and beyond. Not only was she knowledgeable about everything regarding custom orders but her follow up is amazing. After the manufacturer messed up the original fabric that I purchased in an LA Fabric store, Sonja went to the store on her day off to ensure that the fabric the manufacturer now had to purchase in order to complete my custom job was from the same dye lot and would perfectly match. She kept me updated along the way and ensured that manufacturer worked along w/ Crate & Barrel to ensure I was taken care of for the significant inconveniences I experienced. The management team at C & B did their best as well to have someone check my pieces at the warehouse to ensure they?d arrive perfectly. I would definitely purchase from them again even though I?m sure my order had more freakish problems at the manufacturer than normal. (The staff even confirmed this).
Pros: Truly amazing customer service from Sonja and the Assistant Manager
Cons: The furniture manufacturer messed up my order - but C&B had it fixed perfectly

I’ve been hiring lots of restoration companies to do the carpet cleaning at my office but Best Quality Restoration is the only company who has the best price guarantee. My officemate recommended Best Quality because according to him, Best Quality’s commercial rates start as low as $0.15 per square foot. I didn’t believe it at first but I’m glad my officemate insisted on it. I saved a lot.
