Originally, I went in to update my extended warranty on my old Prius. One of the financing reps told me that there was a promotion going on the new Prius with NO interest payments. Since the car was over five years old and I had never liked the color, that was enough to throw me over into looking for a new one. She flagged down Brice who immediately took me out to see the cars on then lot. He was very soft spoken and articulate and not pushy at all. He also gave me four of his cigarets to smoke because I was nervous. He was also extremely articulate in explaining everything about the 2010 model. I would also like to tell you how much I appreciated the service Paul Becher gave me. He was very pleasant and soft spoken as Brice was and he explained everything he was having me sign. I have always thought the customer service at this dealership the BEST of any I have ever dealt with and I will be forever grateful for the FREE coffee and donuts (sometimes) when I come in with a problem in the mornings.
