Neither the best nor the worst

There is nothing worse than a mediocre Chinese buffet. Unfortunately, Panda Buffet is just that. The food is average, at best. The selection is mediocre. The service is good, but that cannot make up for an uninspired buffet that gives Chinese buffets a bad name. Fair in a pinch, but not a regular destination.
