I wanted a manicure and didn't have time to make an appointment at a more reputable salon, so I tried this location at the Empire Mall. I have only once ventured into Nails Time and will not go back. The manicurist who waited on me refused (flat-out refused!) to do a French manicure and had dirt under his own fingernails. I found it extremely unprofessional and unsanitary.
