Good: I had previously written a negative review about Appliance Center. It had nothing to do with their appliances, prices or customer service. It had to do with a construction issue and was of a personal nature even though it was about Appliance Center. Appliance Center has since stepped up and took another look at the situation and agreed that there might have been a misunderstanding.They have honored the original agreement to everyones satisfaction. They have restored my faith in their business.. Bad: Mine was not the only letter written on this matter. It is too bad that it had to come to this but when it comes to my family I take it personally.. Improvements: I would hope that everyone is happy now and that all hard feelings have been put behind.. Other: This website is a means for people to write reviews whether they be good or bad. They cannot be removed unless they are untrue. In this case it cannot be removed. My issue was not about Appliance Center customer service, products or prices. Everyone that I hear speak about Appliance Center always speak highly of them. I have never shopped there but if the need arises I would definitely take a look at what they have to offer..
