Decent Chinese buffet with a large variety of foods 8/9/2005

China AA Buffet has only been open for about 2 years, but has quickly become a hot spot. If you drive by on the weekends, during peak dining hours, there is often a line out the door. The restaurant is all buffet, and includes a large selection of items. There are 4 long buffet tables in the center of the serving area, and two that line that walls on either side. Plus, they've recently added a Mongolian BBQ area, and a sushi bar. Traditional Chinese dishes, such as sweet & sour pork, chow mein, egg rolls, pot stickers, mongolian beef, etc. are all represented. And for those with pickier tastes, more "American" dishes are also served, such as pizza, potatoes, chicken, salad, etc. There is a good selection of fresh fruit, and a dessert bar with ice cream, and cookies/pastries. Plus, you get a fortune cookie at the end of your meal. The decor is rather drab, put there is plenty of seating, and it is decently spaced. You may have to walk a little to get to the buffet area, as the restaurant segments off into different seating areas. But, that's just the design of the building. more
