We were told Rioja is the hot Denver place right now. We live in Boulder (30 minutes from Denver) so when we travel to Denver for dinner, we only want the best.
This was the best. The restaurant is medium sized - not too small, but not overwhelming. The waitstaff is plentiful and alert. The food was incredible. It's fresh, unique dishes (without being weird), good sized portions, and well paced. The only disappointment was dessert - I think we were both (a) too full and (b) ordered the wrong thing to share.
