I own a Rainbow and when I needed a new part, I called these guys. It took several phone calls over many days to even get a response from them. Once they did call me back, I received a high pressured sales technique telling me about how I needed to get my vacuum detailed and cleaned rather than needing the part that I told them I needed. I was made to feel like my vacuum would fall apart any second if I didn't bring it in immediately. Unfortunately they are the only show in town so I probably will use them when my vacuum does need to be cleaned, but they are definitely not my first choice of someone to do business with.
