The Olive Garden is a chain restaurant, yes, but they have a decent menu, good service, and we can take our kids in!
We've only been in for lunch, so it hasn't been crowded at all, we've had excellent service each time we've gone in, and overall, it's been a satisfactory dining experience.
For your typical chain restaurant, I think Olive Garden has hit the mark.
