I started going to Addison when I was single after getting a referral from another loyal customer. Now married with 3 cars and have always found them to be honest, hard-working people we can count on. We even drive across town to get there. Every time we've referred people to them, they have ended up saving money for the same repair priced elsewhere.
We have family in another state that own this type of garage where they want to "make a living, not a killing" and treat their customers well. So we feel comfortable going there.
You won't get fancy coffee or WiFi - but they will repair your car and even be truthful and tell you when a repair isn't really necessary - something I haven't always received elsewhere.

One of the best around. Good, honest service. As good as it gets.
No doubt you will receive an honest assessment of your car. I like not having to worry if I am having too much or too little work done.
PROS: Trustworthy

Earmark is not in the habit of turning away work. However, there are rare occasions when we must pass on any involvement for valid reasons.
Often the customer is insulted when we decline their job and this may result in unfounded criticism or the writing of an untrue review for an unkind motive.
We at Earmark take customer service very seriously. If we do decline a job it is for the right reasons and we try to do so politely and without arrogance. Our apology for any misunderstanding.

My car was 1st taken to Addison Aamco in April of 2007. They rebuilt the transmission and charged me $3,500.00. The car ran well for almost a year and then the same thing happened again. Well because I was within the warranty time wise, I had gone over about 1200 miles (my trip to Atlanta for my grandbaby's b-day), they only charged me $900 this time. Not 2 days later, it happened again. They repaired it again and this time it lasted a week. Took it in again with the original issue and they repaired it yet a 4th time. This time the transmission went out on the way to my father-in-law's funeral. Car was towed to 1st Shreveport and then to Longview. Guy in Longview asked for some history and said the original issue was never repaired. He fixed the car at no cost to me and it has been running ever since. Oh, and did I mention that it only took 3 months? Longview Rocked! Addison Sucked!
