Rudy's has the best breakfast in the city of Torrance! It's located in quiet old downtown. They are quite busy on weekends and at lunchtime on weekdays. You can dine inside or outside on their sidewalk cafe. The staff is very kind, and always go out of their way to serve you. On weekends you can find Rudy himself working hard in the kitchen, or having friendly conversation with his customers/friends. Once you go to Rudy's you are a friend... and eventually they will all know you by name. The food is delicious! it is just like the stuff that mom used to cook up on Sunday mornings. They are open for breakfast and lunch only, and I believe they close around 4pm daily. So give Rudy's a try! You won't ever go away hungry from Rudy's! and it you'll love the prices!
