Mirasol claims not to have a can opener in the place, and man, I believe it! The fresh salsa & chips to start off and definitely the best burritos I've had - and I've had my fair share of burritos, let me tell you!
It's a quaint little place just outside of the crowds of the downtown strip. And, unless it's the heart of summer, the patio provides a great dining atmosphere outside. One of my Palm Springs favorites.
