MGM cleaners were so bad I can only review based on one experience. I had brought a shirt and trench coat in a week before I needed them. I mostly brought the shirt to get a nice crisp iron. It came back crisp all right, they had ironed in wrinkles to the extent that the shirt had to be washed a few times at home just to get the wrinkles out. The coat was lost for over a week.
