Tuscany Jewelers is a pretty nice place to go, to buy jewelry and repair jewelry, too. The prices are pretty high, but the guys there do a good job. Usually it takes a few days, but they are friendly and the service is not so bad. There are two places in the Santa Rosa Mall that are occupied by Tuscany Jewelers, and they tend to sell different kinds of stuff, but mostly gold and silver, that particularly comes from other countries. I like that they really accomodate your needs regarding looking for unique things; they will go the extra mile to help you out, I think.
