For the past couple of years I have suffered with anxiety , stress, insomnia and even depression. \r
I started doing some research on Chinese medicine and thought to give it a try to treat my hormonal imbalance that crept up in the past year. So I googled Chinese medicine in San Antonio and found Alamo Accupunture . I read all the reviews on Dr. Bill and I was convinced to give him a try. I said what have I got to loose. If this is natural it can't be more harmful than all those prescription drugs Doctors always prescribe. So I gave him a call and asked him if there was anything that he could do for me. He said of course there is. I can help you don't worry come and see me. \r
So by faith I went to see him. I remember I was actually crying that day. I prayed to God and said please let this be my relief . I don't know what else to do. \r
I was skeptical and kind of nervous but as soon as I met Dr. Bill and his assistant I became calm and felt assured after talking to him and I knew he could help me in some way and he did!! I'm so amazed!! I was not actually interested in having accupunture done. I didn't know much about it. Only that it was a Chinese practice for thousands of years. I thought it was only to treat pain. Anyway Dr. Bill recomended a treatment and I agreed. I basically just put my life in his hands. After the treatment I immediately felt relaxed and I thought this feeling would wear off but it didn't. My breathing patterned has changed. I'm not stressed as before and I'm not even worrying about my hormonal imbalance. I just feel so good! ! That same night I was ready to sleep by 8 pm.I went into the deepest sleep of my life! ! I woke up feeling refreshed and stress free. I also slept very well the next night. These effects haven't worn off. I have still yet to see how this will have an effect on my hormonal imbalance. So far I have faith that if I continue to keep my stress level low that this will greatly benefit my overall well being. I'm also taking Dr. Bills Chinese medicine and I will follow up with my review. \r
