Mike Rodriguez at the service department has absolutely no clue when it comes to customer service. My vehicle needed work done unfortunately Bravo colud not take care of the issue so my car had to go to a different agency. Mike told me when my car was ready for me to pick up it would be back at Bravo! So as a by the way at the end of the day...Mike tells me there is No ONE available to bring my car back to Bravo...so of course one more day without my car! Mike is so unprofessional he never bothered to give me a status on my car I had to call the other agency to get updates. He absolutely has NO Empathy, inconsiderate he does not think about the customer AT ALL!!! Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had a problem with Bravo! I will never purchase another vehicle at Bravo...I know they can care less... but one thing for sure I will always makea point to let friends and family know never to deal with Bravo!!! more
