We have always used Discount Tire since it opened way back in the day. They have absolutely the best prices and do not haggle with you. The quality of service is very good. My husband uses them every time we need new tires or have a problem like a nail in the tire. Very nice and good people.

I can't even begin to rate TAS of Denton. Their customer service, reliability, and knowledge of their trade brings back values and business ethics that have seemed to be lost in city's that grow as fast as Denton. Jeff, Brent and all the guys at TAS of Denton will be sincerely concerned with not only your vehicle, but your contentment with the time you spend at their shop and in transit to and from. They offer customer pick up when you have no way to get to and from their shop while your car is in their care. A swift call back with an almost to the penny estimate, as well as options to get you on the road safely. Before finding TAS of Denton, I had several vehicles and several mechanics. For 7 years, I have felt so secure in the service and I will ALWAYS go back to TAS of Denton for all my repairs and vehicle needs.
Pros: Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, FAST, friendly, trustworthy and they stand behind their work!
Cons: I know it's hard to believe, but in 7 years and several service needs, I have never found one...except they are not open Sunday. I guess they have to rest, sometime!

In my car buying experience (36 years) I've found that you usually get the experience you're expecting to get at a car dealership.I have had only the best service from the sales and service staff at Bill Utter Ford and they have never tried to 'play games' on the price, the trade, or the financing. You should always be prepared and they'll actually help you with that online or direct you to a site where you can get the information.If you're tired of the haggle & hassle of buying a car visit with Mr. Utter, Sr. & Jr. and their staff...expect it to go well and I bet it will.

helped a friend buy a hyundai elantra here this past weekend. great staff, we worked with jeff. great deal on the car without the high pressure tactics. highly recommend this dealership!

I have had nothing but good experiences at the denton location of Pep Boys, i take my cars there for everything, and so does my family. They are very professional. I did not understand what was going on with my car and the manager there took his time to explaine to me (in detail) what was going on. I have been to other shops where i felt that i had been totaly screwed, but not here..I would recommend this shop to anyone.

The other reviews were right. Kevin was very helpful. The other garages just quoted me a high price to fix my seat while he actually took time out of his day to see what was really wrong with it. He got my seat positioner to work. It may need a new switch down the road but not a new motor which 3 other garages told me. I would recommend them highly.

Don't believe the internet promotions!! Most of the people there don't know what's going on when they have a promotion. Eric (Internet Sales Manager) has horrible customer service skills and doesn't do what he said he would do. We bought a car from there while they were having a promotion for a free ipod with a purchase of a car. A little incentive but would still like what we were promised. It's been over a month now and still no ipod. They said we would get it almost 3 weeks ago and when we called to ask where it was at, they said "Come by tomorrow after 3pm and you'll get it." We try to get it and what do you know we waste our time driving there. "You'll get it tomorrow, we'll come to your work." What a joke, never came by. Now 3 days after that Eric had an attitude like it was our fault we haven't received it yet, "I FedEx'd it today to you'll get it at 10am" Now I'll have to go to the FedEx place to pick it up after work tomorrow since most of us work during the day. This is just one of the bad service experience I've had since we purchased our car a month ago. I'm not going into the details of having to make 2 payments on the Nissan we traded in because they transposed some numbers on the payoff...argh. It's frustrating!!!

I had to get the transmission on my 97 F150 rebuilt and these guys were great. The prices were good and the service was fast. I had the truck back in 3 days. Runs like a dream, and haven't had anymore problems.

They say that good customer service is hard to come by nowadays, but I walked in to O'Reilly today looking for an air compressor and the gentleman who helped me was very quick to assist me. And they had a variety of choices for the item I was interested in. Although, the gentleman who helped me was very friendly, when I returned to purchase the item he had quoted me for the wrong price. As a result, I spent $8 more than intially expected.
