I crave the oysters and crawfish when in season. The restaurant's U-shaped bar lends itself quite nicely to watching the preparation of the grilled oysters and boiling of crawfish. The crawfish are always boiled to perfection and seasoning can be added upon serving. It never disappoints when in season. \r
