I go to the Book Rack several times a month to get my books for reading and to get books for the kids for learning. They have new and used books, so their prices are really reasonable. The have a huge selection and always seem to have the books I want. The people are nice and friendly there. The store is set up really well and easy to find the book you want by author or catagory.

This is a wonderful florist. I have purchased several things from her shop. Her flower arrangements are made with real close attention and care to make sure they are perfect. I have also purchased TY Beanies here as well as other gifts and some religious articles for my children. They have the biggest and best selection of smaller gifts than any other florist that I have seen. A definate asset to the area.

I have purchased my daughters graduation flowers and balloons from Lake Air Florist. They did a wonderful job on the flowers and the balloons that they attached to the arrangement. The price was very affordable and they were just exceptionally nice people. They delivered it at exactly the right time that I needed them to, and it just turned out wonderful. A definate asset to the Waco area.

If you love you pets, this is the place to be. The prices are out of this world!!! The products for sell are in good condition. If you love to spread the joy then let. The Barkin Basement takes care of it. Certain proceeds benefit the local Waco Fuzzy Friends Rescue. How could I say no to puppy's who get abused or hit by cars. The volunteers and staff at this place are very sweet and kind. They really made me feel good that my purchases would help other pets. While you’re shopping make sure to ask if you can see of the pets they take care.

I was amazed about the fantastic job this company did for my family and me. Living in small town such as Waco it was difficult to find good photographers. I have had good experience with them for the past 10 years. I mostly get family and sports pictures. But their expertise really is in wedding pictures. They did an incredible job for my daughter's wedding. Make sure to to check the phone book for coupons or you should try to bargain (their quite nice about deducting a few dollars off the final price). One more thing to mention would be their option to view proofs online. It kept me from traveling 12 miles to their office.

I had my doubts at first about going to any kind of pawn shop. But this place was a good find. After a few visits I came to trust the staff. They are honest and friendly. Their products were for real good buys and had some good layaway items as well. I recommend first that you try to get to know the people at the store. By letting them know the kinds of items your in the market for, they provide a good bargain and have on occasion reduced the price by a three dollars. They make sure to only sell authentic products and those items in good condition.

I try to limit the number of times I need to go to the cleaners. I would say I go maybe two-three times to the cleaners once a month. Usually I end up going at a hectic time of the day when I am in a rush to get everything done. The service at One Hour Parkdale Cleaners is a good choice for me. They have same day service if you go early in the morning. On some instances I have had to use their one hour service. The great thing about this is-the work put into the one hour is the same if it took one day to finish it. They rack my clothes on a separate line so when I come through the drive thru, I got my stuff and I am gone. In and Out real quick. I have also experienced savings on alterations (they usually have $2-3 less of a charge when compared to the other alteration service companies).

I have used Screen Tex for t shirts and was very pleased with the service. The shirts are first rate quality and the price was right. I also have to say that the staff is extremely helpful with art work. They walk you through it and give you a mock up to view before you make your final decsion. Probably the most impressive part about Screen Tex is that they can print huge quantities very fast. They are equipped and staffed to print very large orders and usually print the order in one day. That is not to say you turn in your order and get it a day later, but when they go to press, you will have your shirts quickly. Thanks Screen Tex for helping me make great looking T shirts

I bought some of my books for school here this semester. They have some used books that are quite a bit cheaper than buying them new. They had most of what I needed but they did not carry some of the books I needed. I had to go around and look for them. I like the bookstore although at the beginning of the school year, it is pretty packed with students getting ready for class.
