I crave the oysters and crawfish when in season. The restaurant's U-shaped bar lends itself quite nicely to watching the preparation of the grilled oysters and boiling of crawfish. The crawfish are always boiled to perfection and seasoning can be added upon serving. It never disappoints when in season. \r

The really star of the show is the grilled oysters. Whether just grilled or topped with lump crab meat, both are sure to please. The clarified butter, garlic, bread crumbs and other secret ingredients create a flavor that even folks who don't like oysters will enjoy.\r
