I think Lynn has her story wrong. The price to do the whole job, removing cabinets, subfloor, and replacing floor was $2000-3000. She wanted us to remove and replace the wet particle board only that was $635. Unfortunately when you remove wet particle board it crumbles so it will be jagged around the edges. As far as her stove when we took it to a appliance repair store the technician showed us where the stove door was broke already, we just picked it up to slide out from the cabinets and the front glass fell to the floor as soon as we picked up on it. We did offer to buy a new one but she wanted us to deliver the new and haul off the old stove. more
