Unique Boutique and Bridal is the absolute best!!! When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted and assisted immediately. Although the store was quite busy with other brides and students looking for prom dresses, Ms. Donna went above and beyond to assist me in selecting and trying on dresses and accessories during my appointment. All aspects of the customer service experience exceeded my expectations. She recommended accessories and veils for each dress. They have beautiful gowns from top designers, and they even have plus size sample gowns to provide options for all brides. I live in Nashville, and did not think twice about the drive to Memphis to work with this team of ladies. I called numerous times, and each time, I was assisted with a pleasant, friendly tone that was ready and willing to help. It has been a blessing to have the opportunity to work Ms. Donna and her staff to find the perfect wedding dress for my special day. \r
