I recently had my Pick Up truck serviced by Federal Way Automotive and Radiator. The mechanic was very thurough in his diagnosis of necessary work needed. He found items that I was unaware of that needed immediate service for safety reasons. I use my vehicle for towing a large trailer and was extremely happy that he took the time to ensure my vehicle was safe for the kind of use it requires. All service was performed the same day while I waited. The office personell were extremely kind and made sure I was comfortable during my stay.
