I went here for an oil change a month ago and they spilled oil all over the engine. The guy who spilled the oil came to me and apologized for the accident and said he “cleaned” it. He didn’t do a very good job, my car smelled of burning oil for four days. When I checked under the hood, I found that my engine was still covered in oil. I took my car back so they could clean it again. When I got there I was greeted by the same guy who spilled the oil and he said he would fix it for me. I was shocked and appalled as he drove my car into the shop with the hood still open! He “fixed” the problem again and sent me home. After four weeks I noticed the car was leaking. I opened the hood again to find that it STILL had oil all over it because the guy forgot to put the cap back on. When I checked the dipstick my oil was empty. So I went back AGAIN and asked the manger to come and take a look at what his employee had done. The manager was extremely rude and said “I’m sorry, but I don’t have time we are about to close”. I saw the guy who messed up my car and called him over. I asked him if he remembered me and my car, because I had a problem with his work. He said that he did and I explained my problem to him. After listening to my story the guy who messed up my car accused me of seeing another oil change shop. I hadn’t been and told them so, the manager then accused a new high school employee for the problem. The manager then asked me to leave my car there so that he could give me a free cleaning. \r What is wrong with these people?!? First they refuse to help me, accuse me of taking my car to somebody else, then blame some new kid, and then ask me to leave my car so they could clean it for free. I told the manager no and that I didn’t trust them with my car. If I were you I wouldn’t either!\r more
