Karen Tran and her staff are excellent at what they do. I hired Karen to photograph my small wedding in January 2005. Not only was she easy to work with, but made everyone feel at ease. The photos were beautiful!

I used Dry Clean Express for dry cleaning and my husband's shirts for approximately two years. They are the lowest price in the area, plus they typically have coupons in Valupak. I thought the dry cleaning was okay, but my husband starting complaining about his shirts. They apparently had a change in the person who pressed the shirts. The tips of many of his shirts were burned. In fact, I had to throw away several shirts because the burn marks never came out. There are better choices of laundry and cleaners in the area, and they take the Dry Clean Express coupons.

This is a neighbor cleaners that provides prompt, friendly service and will accept competitor's coupons. They are located in Country Club Plaza, so it's very convenient to Wegman's, Big Lots, the liquor store. They will do clothing repairs and some minor alterations, as well. I've taken some small rugs in for cleaning, and they've done a good job on those too.

They have nice teenage girls working here. They are all very friendly. They also do well with my dress shirts and pants. They cleaned and packed up my wife's wedding dress. They did a nice job with it also. I have no complaints against this place. They did miss a stain ona tie once, but I took it back and they recleaned it for free. Nice job.

It's difficult to say much about a tailor. This tailor does good work at reasonable prices. I haven't had extensive tailoring done, ususally pants needing shortening or tapered jacket sleeves shortened or fitted, but they've done a good job. Usually work routinely is done within a week, but they will do rush orders for me if needed.
