I've been a migraine sufferer for most of my adult life, and I've tried numerous ways to get relief. No amount of medication, herbal remedies, massages, etc. ever helped relieve the stress and tension, so I sort of resigned myself to struggling with this issue. I happened to mention it to Dr. Solomon (I actually had to cancel an appointment because I had such a bad headache) at one point, and he felt that fitting me with an NTI device might provide considerable improvement. Basically it's a plastic night guard that helps to prevent clenching and grinding (my teeth showed signs of that, too, ugh) and would help retain my jaw to ""un-clench."" It's been about six months, and I have to say, the headache pain has reduced quite a bit. I hope it continues to do so. I had no idea I was clenching like that in my sleep!\r
