I'm not sure what the state guidelines are for pets at a daycare but I'm sure the owner bringing her dog to work is not a good idea. First, Are all the kids free of allergies. Second, What would happen if that dog bit someone. Third, If the dog has an accident that can't be very hygiene. Even the best dogs can only put up with so much pulling and tugging before they nip at someone. I don't believe having a dog around 50 children is a very good idea or other daycares would have dogs too.
