I was a patient of Dr Haro for 8 YEARS, there were some waits when the Office & Doctor were truly busy (undoubtedly doing the extra talking & testing often needed by the ever phantom 'chronic pain' many of us suffer). But I was always treated by the Dr & his PA with the utmost respect; the front desk was often very unprofessional - having parties & going to lunches - as admins often will do in an office environment; they just forget that they have ""people in pain"" in their waiting room, or maybe they DON'T and are just basically uncomfortable with us - as we are with our PAIN. (You might have guessed that I'm an Admin, or was, medically retired, myself). If I was still in Austin, or if Dr. Haro would relocate to my little hick town - I'd be first in line to be in his waiting room!
