How I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased my mattress set. Pruitts ran an ad for a ""bulk purchase"" of memory foam mattress sets. Yes..the price was VERY Inexpensive, but I buy what I can afford. First, I was very surprised to see the mattress come in a box about 2 ft. around and as tall as my queen size bed is wide. I was told that this is the way they are shipped and when the plastic wrap was removed it did ""puff up"". Three days later I was still waiting for the middle of the bed to finish filling in. I finally called Pruitts on the fourth day and was told that the mattress should have been level after approx. 1 hr.\r

They did send a claims rep out to my house to look at the set and he told me he could understand my concern as the mattress was quite a bit higher all around the outer edges for about 6"" in. The middle of the bed looked quite a bit lower than the outside edges. He told me they would try to get me a replacement set asap. 2 days later after returning home from work I had a message to call Pruitts customer service. Silly me, I though this was to arrange delivery of the replacement set. When I called I was told that the claims rep. found NO problem with the set, and the warranty was only valid if there was 1 1/2"" depression in the mattress. I tried to explain that this was a brand new set and I had called to report a problem after only 4 days. I was told that the only option I had was that they would give me credit for what I had paid for my set towards the purchase of another set. They didn't have any other sets in the price range I had purchased my set in They were all considerably higher, and I would have to pay the $65.00 delivery charge again. Guess I'm going to keep my mattress, but I get ill every time I look at it. This is a weeks pay for me, and I'm not even comfortable sleeping in it. \r

I will never buy another thing from Pruitt's. Their customer service STINKS!!!\r
