My husband and I bought our rings 8 years ago and our experiences at EE Robbins have all been exceptional. From the start, our salesperson, Kim, was fun and informative and a wonderful guide. The selection is amazing, which makes it hard to choose! Over the years, we?ve purchased bands and earrings from them and whenever we are in town (we live 2 hours away) we stop in for cleanings and check-ups. She always greets us like an old friend and happily takes care of us. When I lost a diamond out of my band, it was replaced for free the same day, and a re-sizing was also that fast. We just popped in last weekend to have our inspection and everyone was so warm and accommodating ? even P.Diddy the puffer fish seemed happy to see us. It is rare now days to have consistent customer service like this and that?s why I am writing. They aren?t just nice when you are spending money, they are nice all of the time. It?s just a warm environment and many of the salespeople have been there for years. I would recommend them highly.
