My experience with the Ashtabula Griffiths, not to be confused with the Griffiths Furniture in Geneva - they are seperate entities, was unfavorable. I know there are others out there with the same terrible customer service experience. They are rude and act as if you are bothering them. They walk away, with their backs turned while talking to you with smart remarks. Shame on Griffiths Furniture of Ashtabula. I try to stay in Ashtabula to shop but unfortunately, like a lof of my purchases, I will be purchasing a dinette set from the internet. This is why some of our stores are no longer here. Wouldn't even want to give it 1 star but have to rate it.
