I have nothing but good things to say about PSAL. My son has been with the company since the very beginning 21 years ago. During this time, I had 2 complaints which I aired- which were personnel issues- 1 lead nurse and 1 caregiver. He has been well cared for and all his needs met. The fact that he is mentally well,verbal and social I'm sure and able to communicate his needs is helpful. His home with his roommate and staff is a tightknit FAMILY. Kudos to this company. With a organization there are always problems and complaints. The caregiver issue was probably 10 years ago. KUDO's to Charley
