I went to Computer Hounds because I couldn't connect to the internet, and then I couldn't even start my computer. I did a back up earlier in the year, so I got to keep most of my stuff. They were very helpful and informative. I purchased a used laptop and it is exactly what I wanted for a great price. I now know how to keep viruses off my computer and to back up all of my information! Thank you!
