I selected a basket with plants and flowers on line and had them delivered. I was in Maine, so I did not see the arrqangement for 5 days. It was a meager bunch of cheap flowers stuck in a cheap basket, and not one plant. There is no email on their website to write to them. Choose some olther florsist if you want to send a special arrangment.
