This company appeared suspicious to me from the start from all of their radio ads over the years and the occasional drop in salesman. I tried to stay away from them.
One day we bought a Sharp MX410N PCL6 from a sister company of ours and it came in damaged. Pacific Office Automation was the only authorized dealer so I held my breath and gave them a try.
To my amazement they have excelled in each and every step along the way. This machine did not come from them but they were most helpful at getting it going for the least amount of cost to us. They sent the appropriate tech's out here to address the problem--hardware/software types. They were always punctual and they always went beyond the call to get our issue resolved.
Now, we are under contract which I feel is reasonably priced.
They are here for us and even this morning when I called and told them it was not urgent the best guy--his name is Able-- was here in about an hour. He did a great job as usual--troubleshooting and resolving the issue.
I have great things to say about Pacific Office Automation.
They are a top notch company!
