My husband and I shopped for months before finding the perfect sectional at the Roomstore-Glendale. We selected a fabric that would take 4-6 weeks for delivery but we were OK with that. TWO weeks after we ordered we were notified that the fabric was no longer available we had to come in and select a different one. That same week we went in and selected the new fabric but we had to wait for them to order the color swatch. It is now THREE weeks later and they STILL have not received the color swatch for us to choose from. I am beyond frustrated and if I found a different couch I liked I would go else where. The worst part about it is that my sales guy never calls me to update me on the status, I have to call and call and track him down. I never had to chase someone to make a sale! I am beyond frustrated at this point!
