I bought my wedding dress from Virginia - one of the owners. She listened to what I was looking for, style and price range and nailed it! I ended up being $500 under budget plus she does free alterations for wedding dresses. Don't let the front room of the store fool you - yes, there are some serious wacky dresses that are not my taste - they have a wide variety.
As far as the parking goes, go on a Saturday morning or after school so you can park in the school lot next door. Or you can always park on the street. I park my car on the street everyday, so I guess I'm a pro at it. :)
Virginia was also very timely in the alterations and we were done ahead of schedule.
