I had some storm damage to my pool and was needing the same to be checked out by a pool person. I called Powell's to find a gentleman on the other line which had a lot of background noise and he immediately told me he was out of town and I would need to call back towards the end of the week. I was a little taken aback by this, but went further to tell him I had a damaged pool and needed someone to check it out for me for damages. He then advised he did not do repairs and hung up. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. First impressions are so important and his impression was lacking to say the least. To have a business to where customers call on a Tuesday to be told to call on Friday as they were out of town. Well, if you want my business you'd have someone answering your phone who is customer oriented.
