From the first visit to the post-operative period, Dr. Walters and staff have been absolutely the best I've ever seen. There is no waiting on arrival and all the staff are extremely courteous and efficient. The efficiency is the result of both the professionalism of the staff and the office processes that eliminate delays in your visits for both diagnosis and treatment. This is an office system that gets you in on time and out before you know it. The personalized attention is heartwarming, and you leave with a good feeling. The procedures I had were very complex, but I was kept informed at every stage of the diagnosis and treatment, and experienced absolutely no pain or anxiety once I was in the surgery suite. I was nervous before the procedure (this is from a man who is deathly afraid of needles and scalpels) but was pleasantly surprised at how sincerely my concerns were appreciated and dealt with to allay my fears.
