I decided to use OC Fresh Carpet Care after calling several different companies. When I spoke with their customer service department, they sounded professional and extremely courteous. I thought their website was fantastic and they seemed to offer their cleaning services at a reasonable price. I called them at noon and they were able to schedule me for half an hour later, at 12:30 p.m. The service was fast, courteous and pleasant. They did a thorough job and the entire carpet cleaning took no more than 45 minutes. I loved the fact that I didn?t feel scammed and that I got the best service for not much money. Highly recommended!!
