A 30 minute job took 4 days and when we got our vehicle home, bolts were missing from the engine compartment! We called several times to complain, were told someone would get back to us, but they never did. We were a Hyundai family, but this ended it for us. We were treated horribly and we had to order and replace the bolts ourselves. Will never return to this dealer. When they sold the car to us in 2004, it was all different. You will be treated like royalty and even when your vehicle is still under warranty, you might be ok. We were even telling our kids to buy Hyundais, but after the way we were treated, they went with the competition up the street. Very sad the way things have changed at this dealership.
